Radiohead – Watching and Listening…
Paul notes – I loved watching this on Saturday night – One of my favorite bands! Oh to see them live in NZ!
A glass of NZ sauvignon blanc and Radiohead…Does it get any better on a clear, warm Cambridge twilight – a scarf of deepening pink wrapped around the horizon – on a Saturday…?
“Current Television's exclusive airing of Radiohead's "Scotch Mist." In this hour long private taping, Radiohead performs all of the tracks from its newest album, In Rainbows. Other elements include poetry readings and diverse imagery created or selected by the band.” It was made to ring in the New Year.
Brilliant show! (52 mins). My first listening to In Rainbows. Broadband required. Available until the 30th January 2008. On the back of yesterday's post and its sad news I think I'll watch it again... and think about life.
Thanks to Bob Carlton for drawing my attention to it, and reinforcing the importance of good Kiwi / US relations. Go here to watch (there might be a bit of delay when you click on this link, but persevere). Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Nice Paul, thanks for this link. I haven't listened to any new Radiohead in years, but I'm enjoying this show.

Interesting band, I"ve heard of them here and there but this is my first "taste." Maybe some time you could make a longer post telling more about them, their vision, their art, their history and your own interest?
Shocked also to hear about Fr. O'Donohue.. life is too short :(
